Can someone make a mod that allows you to have the option to buy shops in the game like the brass lantern for a lot of caps and then every 15 minutes you get 200 caps or more depending on the shop. It can also be updated to add more things you can do with the shop like renovate it to make it bigger,etc.

A huge arena added to the wasteland with its own map marker for fast travel purposes. The main entrance Is the mechanists door and Inside is a lobby with a desk and An NPC named Bob and he will give you many options like shop,battle And donate. If you choose shop you can buy plasma rifles And laser rifles and after you win battles more stuff gets unlocked. If you choose battle you have to battle through 80 rounds of random battles depending on your level (Round 1 will have behemoths if your level 30 Or round 2 will have 2 mutant masters at level 20). If you choose donate,you can donate caps to unlock stuff and make the arena look better. can anyone make a mod like this?

Also You Should Intergrate The More Perks Mod To Make This Mod More Effective And Add Even More Perks.

Death-Claw Lad:It Has 2 Ranks,The 1st Makes Deathclaws Friendly,The 2nd Lets You Use A Certain One As A Companion. (if Your Not That Good At Scripting A Quest For The 2nd Rank Of The Perk You Can Change it Abit) Ant's Charm:Dr. Lesko Now Offers You A Third Ant perk That Raises Your Luck By 1.(Can You Make A cool Picture in The Pipboy For this One?)
