So I was messing around with mods, and I wasn't really paying attention to compatibility or anything. So of course, it crashed. Now this was 3 or 4 days ago. Since then I've removed every single mod, uninstalled and re-installed the game 3 times over, and even tried creating a fresh data folder with no DLC in it. Every time I boot the game, fullscreen kicks in as if it's going to work, but before the bethesda logo appears it cuts to my desktop and tells me the program crashed and is looking for a solution. It loads for a few seconds then just says it crashed, forcing me to close it. I've googled everything and I can't figure it out. It ran perfectly fine before hand. I have windows 8, and Oblivion was installed though steam. I also don't have any mod manager programs because I uninstalled it while trying to get it to work. If someone could try to help, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
