Greetings, I have been using mods for Skyrim ever since the first mods came out. I have never considered creating my own simply because everyone in the modding community does such exceptional work I never felt I had the need to try. However, I have run into a slight problem that I would like to fix, one that has bothered me for quite some time now. I'm sure most, if not all, of you are well aware of AthenaX's Sylvanas Queen of the Forsaken armor. In my opinion a masterpiece of a mod, however, I would like to see the hair from under the hood of the cloak. Just doesn't feel like Sylvanas without it. I am aware of the Sylvanas playable race mod that does show the hair or "wig" as the files call it. But I admit I am not a fan of the mod. I prefer to create my own Banshee Queen. Again, I am no mod creator but I would like some advice or suggestions or even instruction on how I can make this happen. Of course this is for my own personal use and I have no intention of taking adjustments to the mod and post them. Not my thing and I don't think I could even come close to perfecting AthenaX's work, nor would I try. That said, any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all for any and all help.

I am certain that this issue has come up numerous times, however, I can't seem to find a solution or info regarding this topic. When it comes to the Mammoth Lord Armor mod, which is a female only armor set (the shoulders to be precise) is it possible to make them compatible with male characters using Creation Kit or am I going to need to completely redo them using Nifscope and what not? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I really do appreciate all the suggestions you've given me NexusComa, however either the suggestion didn't work or the wig style just did not look right. In Creation Kit when I look at the Sylvanas Wig (Sylvanas_wig_2) it shows that the form ID is HDPT. Is there a way to make this an equippable armor or is that all done with Nifscope and what not.

I'm sure a few of you have seen my posts before Unfortunately the solution to my problem continues to elude me. I am trying to have it so that hair can be seen with AthenaX's sylvanas mod. She just isn't the Banshee Queen without her flowing silver locks. I have tried EVERYTHING from retexing current helms, to messing around with Creation Kit and even tried a shot at learning how to create my own with using Nifscope and what not. All attempts were unsuccessful. Therefore, I am begging, please if any1 has discovered a way to solve this problem please, PLEASE let me know. Its slowly driving me insane that I can't figure this out. I'm using the CBBE body right now if that helps any. Again, I'm begging you, please help me out here. Ive been at this for nearly 6 months now. :wallbash:

I know a few of you out there have used the Sylvanas Windrunner armor mod originally created by AthenaX and that some of you have figured out how to get hair to show from the hood. I have tried everything from retexing different hats and circlets to using all the different body mods available and I still cannot get the hair to show when I use the cloak. I have tried to somehow incorporate the meshes and textures from the Sylvanas Follower mod but to no avail. I understand that there is a playable Sylvanas mod available and I have tried it, however, I did not like the fact that that you could not adjust anything at all with racemenu, not to mention the skills and abilities , negative or positive, were....well, not for me. At current I am using 7B body with SG textures and the LiFE face mod if that may help solve the problem. Please, I'm begging here, help me with this issue. Tell me what you did to show the hair for her cloak. I am at a complete loss. P.S. this is for my personal use and I have no intention to redistribute.

Can CBBE style armors still work with a 7base/UNP body style?

I am asking for assistance in learning how to add a hair mesh/texture to the Sylvanas Cloak by AthenaX. I have permission from the author, however, I have been trying to figure out how to add/show hair for the cloak for months now and am completely lost. If someone would be so kind as to direct me to a turtorial on the subject, or can accomplish this and let me know, it would be most appreciated. P.S. this is for my own use and I have no intention to redistribute.

I have tried many, many times and with many different helms, circlets, etc and I can't seem to make it work. I someone would be so kind as to try this out and let me know what the process was. Perhaps I'm missing a step and don't know it. Otherwise, if it appears that a complete retexture of the existing cloak to add the hair is needed, I would appreciate suggestions for videos or tutorials on how to do so.

You would think so. However, the cloak I want should show hair. When I use that cloak on my character the hair is gone. I'm trying to figure out how to get past that. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated.

As a fan of World of Warcraft I was excited to see an armor mod for one of my favorite WoW characters...the Banshee Queen herself, Sylvanas Windrunner, thanks to AthenaX. Fantastic armor mod with exceptional detail. Only problem was that the cloak for this amazing set didn't show Sylvanas's flowing silver locks. When I asked her about it she kindly advised me to use the cloak with hair textures from ilikeawp's Sylvanas follower mod. I have tried for a long time now trying to figure out how to make the AthenaX mod cloak look like the one from ilikeawps follower version, complete with the hair using Creation Kit but have failed everytime. I either get no hair or no cloak appearing at all. I ask, please if someone could take the time and attempt this and let me know how to accomplish this, or at the least let me know if it's even possible with using just Creation Kit. Help me modding community....you're my only hope.

Well, tried all I can understand how to do and nothing is working. Oh well, I suppose I'll just have to find a different look to replace the hood. I just can't figure out what i'm doing wrong. I begging to wonder if I may actually have to retexture the hood to include the hair. If that is the case then I have no idea where to begin with that. Any more advice, tips or even how to make this work would be very greatly appreciated.

Ugh, so frustrating. I can't seem to figure this out. I've watched and read all the tutorials I could find and I still can't seem to get it to work. I know I am asking a lot but if someone is willing to attempt what I am trying to do and is able to accomplish it and then tutor me I would be extremely grateful. I am trying to make AthenaX's Sylvanas Cloak look like the normal Sylvanas dark/ purple Cloak with the silver colored hair wig nif from ilikeawp's Sylvanas follower mod. Again, I know that's asking a lot but I do hope someone will help me with this project.
