This makes me happy. My computer has the very same specs. I bought it for the Xbox 360 with intentions of getting it later for the PC, maybe after the first year or so.

My question is simply this: should I be spending my dragon souls to upgrade my shouts carefully? OR can I just spend them as I kill dragons cuz there are more than enough to go around? In other words are they like the skills trees or not? You have many skill options but will only have so many skill points to spend.
