It really needs fps limit. on 7970 without vsync it goes between 40-70 on my tweaked settings but regardless, if vsync is on it goes between 30-60. So for example i can look one direction and have 60 and look another direction it insta drops to 30 fps. This difference in fps causes stutter which is not nice, id rather have 40 fps fixed instead of this jo-jo effect. Anyone know how to actually limit the fps? I tried limiting from radeon settings it doesnt work and i read rivatuner doesnt work either.
