[Oblivion failing to detect my mouse clicks]

I'm having a very similar problem,My clicks work once out of 5 times and pressing the C key (spell casting) is even worse.

I actually have the exact same problem...Sometime ago I took a bunch of screenshots and they never appeared.Then one day all of a sudden they appeared in the Oblivion folder.Now I took another set of screenshots and

only a couple of them appeared but the rest still hasn't.I'm also using windows 7.
