Really gorgeous work with this! My favorite by Paganini is - particularly the passage from 16:16 to 19:19 (used in a 1980 film called "Somewhere in Time", among other places). Your Astophie, and this portrait, are stunning. Always happy to see what you've been working on. :)

Very lovely work with this, Bob, and an inspiring concept. <3 I donned my Nexus Eye of Sauron mask ~a week ago for the occasion ... back to the Ayleid tree Sunday. Have your boys outgrown trick-or-treating (not that it's a great idea this year ...)? Mine still enjoy the candy, but it's been several years since the last time they dressed up and went door to door.

Thank you very much, Ithy! I noticed the mask change for Halloween. I love it! I'm in the same boat as you: my boys don't go out trick-or-treating anymore, but still enjoy a piece of candy or two. Normally, they go to a friend's party or something (this year being the exception of course).

Lovely ... the music is beautiful and unpredictable, in many places poignant, or emotionally unbalancing. I can't help but feel sorry for her, the change she goes through to become a vampire. (Does she ever seek, or even wish to find, a cure?)

Wonderful as always, including the music! :) What is the setting you chose? The backdrop's color suggests Apocrypha, but I can't think of a place where the ground is rocky and uneven like that (so it's probably *not* Apocrypha).

Still a terrific concept, like the original. Love the ambient sounds you chose to accompany this - eight hours of bliss, no less. Which weather mod(s) were you using? I have True Storms, Obsidian Weathers and Seasons, and a patch to make them work together (plus multiple fog and mist mods) installed for SSE. Anyway, wonderful work!

Hmm. The mods I used are all pretty old. I had a different computer as well. Going by memory, I think I used Minty's Lightning mod, MannyGT's fog mod, miscellaneous mist, mountain, and rain mods, and maybe "The Wilds" or "The Goddess" ENB to top it off.

I remember seeing/commenting on the original; I like the stronger contrast and more vibrant colors in this version. Spot on about the music, too - it really stirs the blood, and I swear I don't intend that as a pun. Fantastic update!
