Better combat system than Oblivion and more capabilities.. Like grabbing onto ledges.

Eh, horkers, hookers, they're unimportant. I'm just worried that Skyrim is going to be perpetually locked in one type of climate. I'll be honest, I hated the snowier northern regions in Oblivion. The prospect of only seeing that and worse in Skyrim bugs me. I guess we'll see though. As far as lore, I don't think we'll be seeing jungles, sadly, lol.
Agreed, I like snow but too much of it is just dull. I prefer to see a mix of sunlight, jungles and snow. Much like Just Cause 2.

I'm just going to say, Happy new year!
Also in the UK, HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

Physic is a strange and awesome thing! Something new and revolutionary to gaming physics would be awesome, especially since Beth said they were making their own!
Bethsoft made a game engine(i.e. Graphics and functionality).
Game engine =/= physics engine.
Was about to say the same.
BTW what is =/=? I can kind of infer that it means "not the same" but what exactly?

How about an animated version of this: http://1.2.3.12/bmi/inthegardenonline.com/serendipity/uploads/heart-monitor-signal.jpg
It symbolizes that he/she is a robot but he/she still has a heartbeat? (except he/she doesn't really)
I edited my post to change "he" to "he/she". It's funny how people assume SiteBot is a "he". :D

Elevators. I don't like elevators.
My aunt is afraid of elevators, I never understood why, I'm fine with them. Though it's probably the fear of getting trapped in an elevator.
One of my biggest fears since I was a child was that I was under vigilance and that I was going to be judged and laughed at for anything stupid I did in life, but now I don´t give a s*** anymore, it´s called having fun and if somebody is going to judge me by the way I have fun then screw him, no gods, no laws, kill the priest -follow nature- praise the beast.
That's a great way to live and I wish I was like that...

Well I guess we'll never know how they really did it.
And one more thing I forgot to mention in the original post is the (13) crystal skulls. Which you've probably all heard of.
They were apparently made by aliens and were of great religious value to the Aztec's(?).
They were made of clear quartz crystal which can hold thousands of gigabytes of data or something to that effect. (Why aren't we using these?!)
Now I don't know if the Aztec's could have made them. The skulls are supposedly the key to something.
What is your opinions on this?
It's been interesting seeing the replies on the pyramids and stonehenge.
(Wow, there's a lot of religion associated with aliens (which I can not speak of ^^)).

Another question I have is how to create characters. Is there an easier and faster way to create a character than to start at the beginning of the game, go through the entire starting level, boost the starts on your characters, etc? The whole process can really be annoying for people who have to create several characters for a comic.

When exporting, make sure you select all objects (press A) before export.
I also have detailed step-by-step install instructions for Blender and related software on TESNexus.
LHammonds
Thanks LHammonds you're a pro at this. :S
-
Thank you LHammonds, I read your tutorials (didn't download because of slow connection) and read the tutorials on Elder Scrolls Wiki but I just couldn't do it.
I never was good at following tutorials. It's not you, I just lose focus fast.
Thank you for your quick-n-easy way. ^^
It worked (obviously).
Thank you to baduk but maybe you should try dumbing it down a bit for beginners. :)

I've been seeing a lot on TV recently. (Just happened to turn on that channel and I was interested) And also a little on the internet.
Firstly, and most obviously, there have supposedly been physical encounters, UFO sightings and crop circles. This isn't the most compelling evidence to me.
Secondly, there are buildings, for example the great pyramid(s), which are built with near impossible precision for people of that time.
The Great Pyramid of Giza stands 450 feet tall (137 meters) and consists of two million blocks of stone, weighing from 2.5 tons up to 50 tons. How would they move and stack these stones?
The three pyramids there are also in similar positions to 'Orion's belt'.
http://doernenburg.alien.de/alternativ/orion/foto/pyr_vo.jpg/bmi_orig_img/pyr_vo.jpghttp://1.2.3.12/bmi/doernenburg.alien.de/alternativ/orion/foto/ORALT.gif
The Great Pyramid is also located at the centre of the Earth's landmass - from what I've heard.
Thirdly, there are similar buildings and structures around the world which have the same high quality of work on them which date back to the ancient era. Builders at the time couldn't have constructed anything with the precision shown.
These buildings also have references to positions of things in space, such as significant planets and constellations.
And lastly, do you think that governments are trying to hide the facts? That they are covering up evidence for these things?
These are things that interest me and I'm not trying to persuade anyone of anything, just starting a debate. And before "TV doesn't always tell the truth" comments, I know but they had some pretty persuasive evidence. :P
I look forward to seeing any replies. :)

bees are harmless just don't scare them and they will leave you alone
They're not completely harmless, I was 6 I think and I was just walking down the street and it came and stung my thumb...
I guess I must have walked into it by accident. Which just goes to show that it's easy to agitate bees, even by accident.
Also bees die after 1 sting don't they? So that makes me a murderer?! :P
Oh and another fear: Death (specifically by swine flu, been thinking about that recently).
-
Hahaha......
But seriously?
-
Spiders. I don't run. I stand there for 10 minutes, watch where it goes, then run!
And bees, allergic to them, been stung once. Whenever I hear a buzz, be it wasp or electricity, I duck. :P

sorry I'm up to date on my vaccine last time I moon a doctor

So...
What do I win?

I can relate... Recently I have been reflecting on my life and I haven't liked what I've seen, been really depressed recently. Not trying to hijack your thread.
A friend is contemplating suicide, he thinks his life is bad. He sees only the bad things in his life. What he doesn't see is that he is popular and funny and he has a bright future.
I think that's what we need to do in sad times; think of the good things in your life and try to block out the bad.
Sorry that's all the advice I can offer, I never was good with words.
I hope you feel better.

To be honest, physics are physics, they can't be that game-breaking...
Though I must admit Havok got pretty unrealistic sometimes and DMM looks quite good.
I would go with jhardingame and say a bit of both.
-
Thanks for the info.
Anyone willing to help?
-
Anyone who's played Just Cause 2 will know how fun it us to fly through the air using the grapple hook. :)
This is my suggestion.
Is it possible?
-
I'm trying to make a sword but I don't know how to make the cube I'm using thinner (like a blade).
Anyone care to explain? :)
On second thought, I need instructions on how to make a blade for a sword, not the hilt/handle.
-
I'm not quite sure what you're trying to do but if you want to check the CPU usage when the game is open, press Alt+Tab then open task manager and check.
It won't show the actual CPU usage of the game if you close it first. :)
Also Merry Christmas to you too! :D

I just remembered something I saw on another forum (I think, it could have been this one) a while ago, it was a thread where you posted a screenshot and you or somebody else gave it a caption, the funniest one wins.
I think that's how it went. Something like that would be fun. :)
-
Also one more thing is that when you open a skill book, it doesn't immediately add a skill point!
That is totally unrealistic. Maybe make it so that you have to do something which the book instructs to gain the skill point.
Though that would take an insane amount of time for the devs to implement that on each skill book. :P

I enjoy comic strips, especially Oblivion-related ones.
It would be nice to see some of those instead of the usual erotic images...
If I knew how to add images together, like this: Link then I would love to make one.
Or could I just make them a sort of slide show?
