I looked up a bunch of ways to fix this and I finally fixed it! It turns out all I had to do was do (windows key) and P. Then I clicked computer only. My computer was set on Extended, so that made it seem like 2 monitors. Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate the effort in trying to help people!

I have done everything in that link. Fallout 3 still crashes after I click play in the launcher.

We can continue this tomorrow as I'm tired and have to wake up in 8 hours for school. Hopefully I'll be on earlier tomorrow so we can work on this longer.

Nothing changed when I reinstalled it. It still crashes once I click play in the launcher and it goes to a black screen then crashes.

Alright in less than 10 minutes it will be done.

I have been really busy today and I stopped the installation yesterday when I went to bed. I forgot it was installing haha. It has around an hour until its finished.

I don't remember who I spoke with there I spoke with several people to try and help me get this figured out. I even had to go to advanced support and they just told me something was wrong with my computer and I needed to get it fixed, but I forgot what it was since it has been months ago.

Alright I'm reinstalling to see if it will work, thanks.
