Yes, with the two caveats I mentioned above: both my range and my time are limited. Best to keep it to a few dozen lines at most, and the character will have to sound like, well, me.
He's a "God of Destruction", very evil looking.

Okay, so i'm making a mod soon. It's a whole new quest line.
The villain is a "God of Destruction and Chaos" called Vihaak, he was locked away
in another realm by an old dragonborn (your character's past live) and he seeks
revenge on you.
I already got the script ready, here is a sneak peek:
"I'll see you soon, Dragonborn.. Once the Elder Scrolls arrives, I will be free from this
world and then I will have my revenge." - Vihaak
Anybody interested in seeing this?
