  1. I'm having the same problem, running a quite a share of mods also. Would really lke some help :) Random ctd in exterior, near markarth, near whiterun plateau, you name it. No error message also.
  2. This is somewhat of a news how I got ANYWHERE out of solstheim: What I did was typed "coc qasmoke" in raven rock - there I waited for 3 days. Next Exit the game, turn your distant object detail to "Low" in the skyrim launcher settings - Now run the game, load the autosave in the qasmoke place and type "coc riverwood" I successfully teleported to riverwood - was the only way I got somewhere - the stuck screen issue kept going worse until it persisted. Hope it helps and I will let you know if i'm ok now.
  3. Is there such a mod, if not, is it possible to create one. The current system is so awkward...run - instantly walk. absolutely non-immersive. Thanks for any feedback.
  4. Badly optimized game though. Got the same framerates of ~15 on 800x600 all settings off and 1280x800 on full settings.....
  5. Hell yeah, this is superb! All the new spells and stuff BUT!!! PLEASE, make use of screen effects like the mod Fearsome magicka does because that is so cool when your screen shakes and goes blurry and saturation contrast rises lower and whatever, that is just pure awesomeness. Not just a small orange fireball and paff little explosion. :) A nice spell suggestion, if it's possible, shockwave blast in 360 degrees around you. Everyone is thrown away from you :D
  6. Yea, and another reason why you should use the OBGE shaders is because Q&T DoF besides land, makes your sky look blurry too, so if you use mods that make your sky beautiful at night then i recommend to avoid this mod ^^
  7. Because i'm not using Wrye Bash, just OBMM. I find wrye to be too difficult :D I will try to remove Unique Landscapes and will see if it improves something :)

  9. Ah, i knew someone would say that, but still with such graphics? I have turned everything down, man i have played crysis on medium with this. And i dont even have biggest overhauls installed! Besides, i said i get to play about 20-30 secs on normal little below 30 fps inside and outside before it just randomly drops and stays. It sometimes goes away if i click wait button or go to inventory :)
  10. First of all, i want to say that im NOT using any overhaul mods, no FCOM, OOO, MMM, nor QTP3 exept Unique Landscapes and better cities. The problem i have is after few seconds of playing my fps drops from about 20-30 to 13-14. Can't play like that. I can post my load order: Okay, now, i looked at the debug text and it's constantly using 351 megs of texture memory. My system specs are: Geforce 8600M GS (It says 256 mb DDR2 dedicated memory and 2047 mb of total available graphics memory in Nvidia system information) I have also overclocked the card for 30% performance which did help a bit in Oblivion about 3-4 fps :) 4 GB RAM 2GHZ Dual core with Windows 7 64bit Gamers edition About 360 Gigs of free space out of 500gb HDD And there is this question i want to ask, what the hell is BSTask in TDT? I mean i have searched the whole internet about it and didn't find an answer!! Because stuttering kinda comes when BSTask STAYS at about 46 or something, i mean it has gone up to 250 but it always comes down real quick back to zero, like it loads the thing and thats it, but when it stays then it hoorray lag fest! Savegame size is 10 megs. I have tweaked the Ini file and i have reversed the settings, nothing helped. I'm using screeneffects "mod" also, does this make me lag? Every bit of help is appreciated ^^ OOH, by the way, the graphics with what i play are: 1024x640 resolution, widescreen Textures: Large The fades are about 15-20% LOD enabled Shadows are completely disabled Antialiasing Disabled Bloom ON HDR OFF
  11. You might have installed a mod that requires screeneffects :D I'm not sure but you have the usual stuff like Artifacts for armaartifacts and deadly reflexes for SM_deadly reflex, i can't spot the problem since you have 25% mods that i have not even seen :)
  12. I will reinstall my oblivion for sure, would do it today but deadly reflex 6 is coming out tomorrow or tuesday, will wait for 2 days :) Will only download necessary mods because lots of mods really cause savegame bloating and other problems :D

  14. Is it possible to make a lightning stream, like in star wars force lightning, so you hold down the cast key and mana depletes slowly as long as you hold down the key and lightning shoots out as a stream :)
  15. Okay, i downloaded Oblivion Stutter Remover and i seemed to get rid of the crashes caused by MemoryHeap problems. Now i have 0 crash reports in weOCPS instead of 5 what it gave me before every time i played oblivion :) If you're not using it i suggest to try it :)
  16. I have a question, what mod makes the world so dark so you can only see as much as your torch lights it. Is it the Let there be darkness compilation? Thought it was only for caves and ruins :)
  17. Ah, i don't know anything about wrye bash though :( I use OBMM and i could easily uninstall the QTP3 there when i got sick of the poor performance :)
  18. You could try using QTP3- redimized. I used that and it took me down about 5 fps and i'm on middle class notepad :) And almost nothing is lost in visual :D
  19. Haha, very nice video! :D Certainly was funny to watch. I was impressed with the night's view distance. I'm using enchanced weathers 80% darker nights but you have even darker! Awesome. And how you didn't lag in the market district, made me so envious :D
  20. Check folders as told by bben46 and do an archive invalidation from OBMM, if you have it. Should fix the problem :)
  21. 1. Deadly reflexes mods aren't quite there where they should be :) All esp, esm and bsa files + texture and meshes aso folders have to be in DATA folder :) Oblivion/data/ :) You put them to Oblivion/ folder and that's why it doesn't work 2. The realistic force mod you can test out easily. Kill a npc and grab him/her from the umm leg. You should be able to lift the npc off the ground :) And about splashscreen, i recommend you to download obmm - oblivion mod manager which acts as a mod/load order utility and when you launch the game from obmm it launches automatically obse also :)
  22. Hmm don't know why shooting causes ctd but did you do archive invalidation after you installed so many texture/meshes mods? =) Maybe this will give you textures back and will stop ctd :)
  23. :) OBSE is kinda main file you are going to need if you like mods and will use them in future :) Just put the files where they need to be and i recommend you download obmm - oblivion mod manager :) There you can see the mods and their load list and starting game with obmm automatically starts obse :)
  24. I have boss, and i seem to have found the problem. ZUShiveringisles overhaul seems to be the problem, the 3 factions don't recognize combat or something like that. will have to look into it, maybe modify in constr set. :)
