Due to the general glitchyness of DawnGuard, i have had to console command myself through most of it. However i have hit a dead end. The quest chasing echoes won't start, i don't know how to activate it. Any help would be great.

Does anyone know of a mod or console commands to turn into a vampire lord. I am at a dead end bug and need it sooooo badly :/
