I am relatively new to moding fallout New Vegas, and I have been wanting to install the portable truck home and underwater home mods with NMM. However, if I activate the potable truck mod (I have also have the sortomatic moders resource mod, the NMC texture pack and project nevada which are the biggest mods that are recommended for on the portable truck mod) and when I get to the Gibson scrap yard to buy the truck, the truck appears as a red transparent triangular prism with "For Sale" signs on it. When I purchase the key from old Lady Gibson, the truck object still reads that "the door is welded shut". This is marginally better that the underwater home mod, which causes New Vegas to crash even before reaching the main menu. Is there something I am missing? I downloaded them both for the NMM, was I not supposed to do that?

I relatively recently bought Fallout New Vegas with the intention of modding it. I have NMM and have no trouble running mods like Project Nevada. However, if I try to install a mod like the underwater home mod or the mobile truck base mod, then the New Vegas script extender from the fallout mod manager or steam, then New Vegas crashes before even getting to the main menu. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
