I dont know nothing about modding. The only mod i had build was to change a basement in oblivion. I would like to remake some armors or weapons :confused: There is a program to download for this job?

Skyrim needs more happy enviroment. There is everywhere winter. Frozen air and the same colour. Skyrim needs more colour like oblivion which has amazing places with green forests and sunny beaches. However the game is like that but it could be less winter and less frozen enviroment :confused:
