thanks guys, but I am using only oblivion, no shivering isles. and yes, I am using a pirated game :\ and I've downloaded the right patches =( so what now?!

Hello, I've downloaded 2 patches for my game but can't install neither one of them =( I keep getting this message (image attached) I have Oblivion mod manager and obse, but I've tried removing them from the game folder, still I get the same message! Please help me, there are a lot of mods I want that require patches =( thanks in advance.
