  1. Those who donate and pay for premium on the site will be the loudest voices on this topic. Ask everyone you know that has nexus premium membership to give their two cents, this feels like a situation where simply complaining is not enough. If there were a significant loss in premium users they might consider.
  2. The truth is, Nexus Staff have no qualms with ignoring feedback of any kind because they alone possess a "monopoly" (for lack of a better term) on the modding scene for the internet. I am sure they are well aware of this fact, and it's because of this they are able to do essentially whatever they please with the site knowing that users will still participate, pay for premium, upload/download, etc. I would like to believe that what is happening now to the U.I is just something experimental, but they could very well push back even harder on the topic and it would do very little to deter business coming to and from Nexus Mods. Just consider if these U.I changes would ever deter you from using the site in any meaningful capacity. If you play a video game that is moddable, 95% of the mods will be hosted here on Nexus. Some are reuploaded elsewhere true, but those are few and far between.
  3. Not surprising in the slightest to be honest why would you ever want to give your users a choice in the matter? I'm not in any capacity against redesigning U.I and layout for any reason, change can be a good thing, and it's a tale as old as time for users to be uncomfortable with changes they are not immediately familiar with. But the site redirect and the lack of an option to use the previous site layout is very toxic, it looks nice but it is much less compact, much more performance heavy. And the lack of user choice in the matter reeks of ego; Is it really so hard to have a 'Use old layout' in the 'Site Preferences' window? I suppose so.
  4. Hello all! first post in... I think ever! I just had a quick question regarding messages in Fallout 4, mainly the survival messages. I recently found a real cute mod that makes the survival messages more immersive. Like instead of saying, "You feel a bit peckish" it changes to, "I feel a bit peckish". I thought it was really neat, I even went so far as to use FO4EDIT to change some of the strings myself to make them more personalized to my character in specific, and I really, really enjoy it. I was curious about one thing however... Is it possible to add multiple strings to a single event? Like for the game to call on one message randomly from an entire pool of messages? Like for example: Say you're eating food but you're not entirely full. It could say one of the following: "Oh, how I wish there was more..." "Still hungry..." "I need more!" "I'd love another fancy lad..." Thanks for reading, hope someone can shine some light on the topic. Oh, and for anyone curious to my edits to the messages, here are just a couple.
