  1. I am not getting latest and greatest toolboks to work in that regard. can you point me to what I need to change ?

  4. I feel in the same boat. It's definitely a wake up call and learning curve. Because if you're interested in getting/making the best soldiers you need to do certain things. Like OTS upgrades. Get some PSI soldiers. Remove the soldiers with poor will. Upgrades with melds. Then there's the MEC.. It's all too much too fast. Even want the "Base" parts of the old game slowed down. Argh.
  5. Yeah it would be cool for some kind of conversion.
  6. I would like to see added into the game another tier of weapons and armor somewhere between start (ballistics) and first beam weapons (lasers). Can have some kind of range increase over vanilla assault rifles. Possibly do 1 more damage on hits/crits. Armor which would bridge the gap between carapace and starter. Something more advanced than just a kevlar vest. Advanced or Modern Ceramic Armor. Again the bonus would be slight over starter gear. The whole point being that alien tech figuring out is hard.. but you made some advances in tech. I would like to think again somewhere between plasma weapons and lasers, another tier. Because getting stuff to work like THEY do, is hard. Result is creates weapons that do more damage than laser but not as much as plasma. Some mid range armors before you go getting the armors that you stay in till end of game (ghost and angel ). Secondly I'd like to be able to see different color beam/advanced weapons. Like blue.
  7. The game also seriously needs a tactical map maker. It don't take long before you're seeing the same maps over and over and over.
