Yes there are, profiencies, base class things like the fighters combat style selection etc. Just need Larians "ConverterApp" to open up the pak files I'm in the same boat as you lol, just figuring this stuff out. A google search to start making mods just shows me how to download from nexus lol

If anyone else is looking, its in the Shared.pak in the progressions folder and progressions.lsb

Could anyone point me in the direction I need to go in for adding proficiencies to races and or classes? Trying to add medium armor to a race.
