So ive looked around and this seems to have been an issue a while back, but whenever i attempt to download something manually i.e. nmm or vortex, i am sent to a 403 forbidden error page. This issue has occurred both on Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. ive disabled all extensions, as i saw a post about one messing with theirs, ive logged out and cleared cookies, even tried turning off my firewall to see if that was an issue. anybody have any ideas about this? any other info i need to provide for a fix?

are there any mods that make it so that fire doesn't blind you at night? its getting really annoying fighting enemies who do nothing but fling fire at you and I can't see a thing!

So I have downloaded several mods on nmm and made the necessary changes to my ini files, but when I activate the plugins via nmm and start fallout 4, the mods are not activating, when I close the game and go back to nmm, it shows the plugins as inactive again, does anybody know what could be causing this issue?

sooo, i dunno what this is really about, just kinda happened, not after downloading or installing anything, it just happned, and now i need to know how to fix it. i don't even know where to start. not sure if this uploade is working, so i'll just describe the issue, baiscally some rocks and stones look like a bunch of colored dots are covering them, or like a 5 year old tried to paint them lol
