[Sleep in any owned bed]

simple mod that lets you sleep in any owned bed. I feel like this would be a bit more realistic because there is obviously nothing stopping you from sleeping someone's bed in real life except for the person who owns the bed forcing you out, so maybe there could be optional time limits on how long you can sleep in owned beds and options for the well rested bonus, if you want it or not. I would do this myself but I have no idea how. It seems simple but I have never modded before so who am I to judge.

[NMM Is not installing mod files when activated]

I am having the exact same issue. I can still install mods manually, just NMM won't work. I'm kind of glad I'm not the only one experiencing this...

 

EDIT: I think I found out what was causing this issue! Ok so I recently added a new hard drive to my PC and put all of my games on it. However my "Virtual install folder" for NMM was still on my old HDD, and NMM requires for it to be on the same hard drive where your games are installed. Going to "Tools" then "Change virtual folders" and then changing the default folder fixed it for me. Hope this helps

 

Note: i think this also changes a bunch of folders around which deactivates a bunch of mods installed on your previous hard drive. Just go into settings and change all of your mod folders to your new drive
