  1. I fixed my issue I think, but I don't understand why it fixes it. I took the plugins.txt file which I kept as a backup, I manually typed in DLCRobots.esm as an entry on the one of the lines, saved it, placed it where it normally goes, and everything worked fine. My initial thought is the read only status of the file beforehand was messing with the DLC content, so the game forcefully made a new one. But that doesn't make much sense because the new one that it generated didn't contain the added line at all.
  2. Yep, I think it's because plugins.txt is getting reset every time the game is started, regardless if it's marked as read only or not. That's my problem anyways. I'm going to be seriously bummed from playing Fallout 4 for a while if I can't figure out why this is happening.
  3. I'm having this same problem. Set read only on plugins.txt, the game nukes it and replaces it with a non read only version every time I launch the game. I've tried the launcher trick that was mentioned earlier as well, that didn't work either. I've gone so far to keep a backup of my plugins.txt on my desktop, so I can simply drop it into the folder, but for whatever reason after Automatron dropped, the game resets the file every time. Didn't have this issue 3 days ago. Can't figure out why it's happening either. For what it's worth, I was still using version 0.61.9 when this started happening, I updated it to version .14 and am still having the same problem. I don't think NMM is to blame here. edit: grammar
