Just looked, that Software that comes with MSI Afterbuner is called RivaTuner

Mine will glitch sometimes when I disconnect something from the power grid... will still have the same amount of power but it will go in the red and the settlement happiness goes down

Have you tried using console commands to re-spawn him at your location?

I have my home and a power armor hangar in every settlement that I actually use, and just lock the door using console commands to keep them out, works like a charm

I have found the shotguns to be great in FO4, I'm currently a level 51 and can kill about any non-legendary enemy with a single shot to the head from ~20ft with my combat shotgun. Are you sure you have invested in the correct perks?

That's because those items are "locked" in their inventory as the NPC's default items. Open your console and target the NPC, then type "showinventory" for a list of the NPC's items, you will see the default items will have "LOCKED" at the end of the item description. Then use the command "removeitem <baseid> <quantitiy>" to remove it from the NPC's inventory. Regarding clothing items, whatever clothing you equip on the NPC will automatically become locked, and if you remove it using the console another set of the default clothing will spawn into the NPC's inventory and automatically be equipped

Could someone please make a mod (or tell me how to remove the animation file) to remove the smoking animation from Piper? Its really annoying watching her snap into the smoking stance every two seconds... Thanks in advance

Anyone able to remove Piper's smoking animation? It drives me crazy everytime I stop for two seconds she enters the smoking pose...
