  1. Well to give a little more clarity, and thank yous to those who answer us confused modders. Well first I will start off by saying I browsed around to answers to my problem with FNIS not registering my directory. Therefore causing my animations not to be loaded. So I did some browsing around in my Steam folder and discovered I had two directories for Steam. What a relief that was for me. So in short before doing anything else just make sure you only have one directory for steam. Doing game transfers kinda creates a new directory even when you install it just be aware it's pointing to the right source to be able to get your animations.
  2. My warrior Elissa Cousland, is living up to the name. She is a direr warrior and becoming a skilled archer now. She is not about to back down from a battle now that she is at Vigil Keep.
  3. It sometimes play Alistair as a dual-wield Templar/Champion off tank, with a sword-and-board Templar/Champion Warden as meat shield. For most of the game I only stack enough strength on him to equip medium armour, instead concentrating on building DEX, with the odd point in CON (for survivability) and WIL (stamina and for effective use of Holy Smite). (@ LVL 23 his build would be something like STR 31, DEX 42, WIL 26, MAG 11, CUN 14, CON 21, though a Warden will have considerable more leeway in distribution due to 'freebie' attributes from tomes and quest rewards; I make up the deficit in STR for equipping T7 Medium armour with + STR gear). For talents I fill out the entire Dual Weapon tree, the entire Templar and Champion trees (since Holy Smite and War Cry are invaluable), the Death Blow line of Warrior. If I still have points left, I'll either work toward Disengage or pick up some archery talents for the rare odd instance I want to use him ranged... though admittedly, I find it difficult to build a Warrior who is truly effective at both melee and ranged combat... there just aren't enough talent points to do both. Not a min/max approach, to be sure, but one that I've used with success. Thxs, this is helpful in figuring out my damage dealers, tanks, and aoe characters. You were a big help I understand a lot better now.
  4. I am playing Elissa Cousland; the warrior who has the specialization of Templar and Champion. My question is about weapon set. My strength is up with Alistair's but I am slow to get the weapon I really need because of my dexterity. I play with the duelist for 1st weapon set and then the bow for the second weapon set. Is this the proper weapon selection for this character because I am trying to build her for battle.
