  1. Skytweeks also causes this problem. Reset the aforementioned values found under actor values in the MCM page for skytweeks to default
  2. Yo Kingtitan, just a thought but I'm pretty sure I read in this thread that although unfinished, this mod functions and functions well. So why oh why is it not on the nexus? Having it hidden away in the forums surely cannot be condusive to garnering new interest and recruiting the required help to get it done. Lesser mod in worse develepmental stages are there, WIPs that aren't worth the DL, and yet I have to troll unrelated threads to accidentally stumble across what surely seems a worthy and fun mod! It just seems a true shame that something of this scale and grandure, with so much time and effort expended, should not be enjoyed by a still thriving TES community. Please, even if it is the last act you do in development of this mod, POST IT TO THE NEXUS ALREADY! If you have to bow out, leave it in the public eye so there is at least a chance someone might pick it up and run with it. I know that I would love to try it out as is, heck I might even beta for you if you want, just don't throw this baby out with the bath water. And If I somehow missed it in a search and it is already on the nex, well then never mind lol.
  3. There are a few mods that give jobs or quests on a regular basis, such as More 2 Megaton, which gives you debt collecter jobs, town defence jobs as well as earning your way to becoming the new sherrif and more. I haven't finished playing the mod through yet but from what I read there's more than I have mentioned, but check it out, its a good mod.
  4. I made a request simular to this, stupid me didn't check as good as I thought. Anyway if there is anyone making a store mod, there was an excellent shop mod made for Oblivion and so perhaps it might be a good resource, especially for scripts. The mod can be found on the nexus Here. I think this would be an epic mod for FO3 just because of the sheer abundance of stuff. One thing that should also be included would be something substantial to buy with all those earned caps, such as buying tenpenny tower for 500K or something.
  5. The one thing that miffs me about FO3 is that beyond the quests there just isn't any real sense of accomplishment. You run around killing and looting and theres no a lot of things to do with the loot. Traders have way too few caps to buy your inventory in a meaningful way. Oblivion was the same but at least someone created a solution... a store you could sell stuff through. A mod I would like to see is one that lets you open a shop that sells all the loot you aquire. It doesn't have to be a shop, it could be a caravan or ebay type terminal with a connected inventory locker. Even better, strike a deal with Uncle Roe to distribute your goods for a cut. In Oblivion there is a mod where you buy a store in a town, hire staff and supply inventory for them to sell, all based upon base values of items. You pay wages and taxes and improve your store. I suppose in Oblivion, there is a purpose for the profits like buying player homes and that could be part of the mod too like the option to buy tenpenny tower for 500k. In FO3 you accumulate tons of items but there is no efficient way to liquidate them and it just feels like such a waste of time. It also feels wrong to not gather up everything of value in a time when there is no production of goods. Although it would be easy enough to just raise the amount of caps existing traders have to buy goods, that is just an obvious cheat and just isn't rewarding really. If you really are trying to restore the wastes, it seems natural that someone will profit, it might as well be you right? Anyway it just seems pointless to gather all those 10mm shooters or build all those neat weapons when there's no practical way to sell them. Wouldn't you like to be the wasteland's first millionaire? I think this idea would be lore friendly and useful. I'm pretty sure this mod could be done pretty much as a series of scripts without any new modeling, textures, nav meshes or locations, but then I know bubkuss about modding nor do I have the attention span required to learn. Anyhoo, thats my thought and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a popular mod. If you are interested and would like to take a peek at how it was done for Oblivion, the mod is called Trade and commerce and can be found here My link
  6. I'm sure this mod has been made, I saw it today under misc. category.
