Hey there, I know I'm "a bit" too late. But I had the exact same problem. After trying Crash FIx and all those other mods that help you fixing crashes and playing with your memory without success I started deactivating mods. I only deactivated the mod "Open CIties of Skyrim" and everything is working fine since then, didn't have a single crash near Riften anymore. Hope I could still help^^
