Just asking, is this mod still alive?

When I read the book "Report: The Disaster at Ionith" I was very intrigued and fascinated by the description of the land of Akavir..

In the book, Akavir felt like a distant, alien, and mysterious world..

It would be nice to finally be able to visit Akavir in the game...
