I made a mod specifically for this: Character Preset Menu
-
You can do the first part by adding this to FalloutCustom.ini:
[Interface] bHideUnavailablePerks = 1
-
You can do that using my Tweaks engine plugin and modifying iMaxCharacterLevel in the INI.
-
Some mod has changed the character generation quest setting. Look for sCharGenQuest under the [General] heading in FalloutCustom.ini and Fallout.ini, and change it back to the vanilla value (sCharGenQuest = 00014E85).
-
Stutter Remover causes random crashes, I recommend ditching it and following Viva New Vegas

Sounds like you might have a circular levelled list
-
Don't know if I worded it correctly, so I'm gonna explain it more.
Basically, I want to unbind something but I haven't found out how. Tried hitting backspace when it asked for a bind, thinking it would work but it just bound the action to backspace lol
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you're using my Tweaks engine plugin you can press escape. Otherwise find the keybinding in falloutprefs.ini and change it to FF.

Mods that change NPC AI gamesettings are incompatible since they break Liberty Prime's pathing
-
That formlist is part of the mod, not vanilla. I don't think it belongs on the wiki.

lStewieAl's Tweaks has the ability to cap the stats at 100. In reality anything above 100 is capped by the game at 100 any way.
; sets the max player level and disables the hard-coded +5 per DLC (do not exceed level 100)
iMaxCharacterLevel = 0
No, that's for the player level rather than skills.
Vanilla allows you to have a skill buffed to over 100, it's just in most places the game caps it to 100 when it checks the skill - if you have VUI+ it allows you to see the buffed value instead of just saying 100+.

You can call https://geckwiki.com/index.php?title=TogglePipBoyLight without passing an argument.
-
Sure, it'll be in the next release of my Tweaks engine plugin.
-
It's the vanilla 'Killcam' feature, you can disable it in the Pause->Settings->Gameplay menu.
-
Try uninstalling Geck Powerup and using Geck Extender instead.
-
Make sure you've ran the 4gb patcher. You can check if it worked by typing GetIsLAA in console, it should print '2'
-
The game plays the entire FireIS (Ironsights) animation even if you stop aiming. There's a workaround for scoped weapons in my Tweaks engine plugin that forces scoped weapons to use hip fire anims when aiming (the recoil patterns also change so I included optional anim files to fix that).

Are you using New Vegas Stutter Remover? It causes crashes and freezing on Windows 10
-
It's from consistent pipboy icons, you can ignore it.
-
If the function returns 0, the ref wasn't an ash/goo pile
-
If you use my Tweaks engine plugin, it will tell you which file is missing which masters.

For reference you can search this page to find functions: https://geckwiki.com/index.php?title=Complete_List_of_Function_in_Fallout_New_Vegas
-
Set FOV to 0 in New Vegas Reloaded's INI.
-
Increased heap allocation is compatible with Stutter Remover, and they do similar but different things.
Is there a mod disabling explosive physics?

There's an option for this in my Tweaks engine plugin - 'Explosions Don't Push Collectible Objects'
