that's how I add all of my packages

Hey guys, I've been playing Fallout 3 modded since about a month ago, played through it with FWE and now I'm playing through with FOOK2/MMM and a few others. The problem I recently ran into is that when i add new mod packages into FOMM, only about half of them will add their .esp's/.esm's to the load order list. I've tried re-adding and reactivating these mods, still to no avail. The mods that wont show are: Real time settler, pipboy readius, and darnified UI
