hi guys i have the same problem and got days to figure it out, tried to turn off GPU acceleration on win11, but not solve the problem but there is tips for some people that still wondering that what caused it, open nvidia control panel and go to Manage 3D setting > Program Setting > try to add the vortex > scroll down to vsync and turn that on and apply then it solved (i was using fast vsync then turn to "on" it fix it)
