I can confirm - at least in my case - that the Enable option DOES appear ONLY when you download a mod, right-click on it and hit REINSTALL instead of enabling on the right of its name. Same happens with disabled mods. So at least that's something I guess... For multiple mods you use the same option on the bottom of Vortex

So basically there used to be a notification to enable installed mods and it no longer appears as it should've been shown below (prior to v1.12). I have to press the Enable button on the left side of the mod name to do that now There is also a "Reset supressed notifications" option which I don't know what it does but when I press it that does nothing - it will reset those 2 notifications but still the problem persists.

Well, I did it but still the problem persists...

So did I 4 months ago after formating my pc. Guess what; No auto install, no auto enable, so cut the crap already. Facts my a**

Vortex used to notify me ALWAYS even with the setting OFF. I ALWAYS manually install and enable mods since day 1 of Vortex relese and I had 2 notifications, one for the dowloaded mods ready to be installed and one for the installed ones ready to be enabled. The only thing I have in auto is deploy. These are my settings for years.

Same problem here. If I enable the "Enable mods..." option it works fine and I guess I'm fine with that, though I too preferred being able to actually click "enable" or "enable all" in the notifications ( it's just a force of habit).
