So basically no one has a solution that would work for me because I'm having this same problem. Almost every time I enter or exit any building, it CTD. I tried something a friend suggested I tried. The "coc qasmoke" took me to the testing area or whatever it's called. Then "coc whiterun" my game was fine but I was scared to enter or exit anything. Fast traveling was fine. But I don't wanna have to do this when I'm in Solstheim.. :/
