Where to start.... been changing this and that in various mods using FO4Edit, came across an idea for revolvers to hit about 3/4 as hard 4/5 as hard as bolt action rifles, normal pistols are at about 1/2 2/5 (can't get around slowness of shots in gunplay animations really) so I'm trying to alter certain things that I think affect VATS, bolt action rifles beyond range damage is now .7 instead of .5 to compensate, thus all guns are situationally useful beyond mere shootygooder aspects

      also trying to add DR/ER and/or DT to various melee/punch weapons -simple reason really, there's no juggernauting about or meeting deathclaws in single combat - adding some DR allows balance without being OP on the damage end, since fist weapons can't be used with power armour without a special mod, I'll give those some DR and run-speed while keeping damage lower than melee (tin can knight with melee or quick monk ninja with melee - or sneaky one hit murderer with melee)

      I mean, revolvers are better for VATS, it's not a multiplayer game, and the idea that revolvers are good for trickshotting (essentially what VATS represents - time freezing for a second while the person assesses the situation almost instaneously and then carries out the decisions as per the order they were decided in)
