I second this... but to start the PC character stands upright AT ALL TIMES even in combat. It really irks me.

settlements aren't sharing food or water?

Food and Water are at 0 but remain green at my settlement that grows no food while having no water pumps/processors. But, the settlement status in the pipboy still complains while the settlers whine about food and water incessantly.
