Problem solved, no more need for help

If it helps I could upload the load order LOOT gives me.

I also just tried unticking leveled lists in NMM, didnt help.

I have LOOT, unfortunately LOOT doesn't seem to have any idea what to do with Perkus as previously, before all this armour value shenanigans I was often forced to manually move the Perma master up in my load order to make the game work.

I recently reinstalled perkus maximus only to find that all the armour values for immersive armours were messed up. For example, the crimson archer armour which had previously been around the same as elven had kept its stats of about 30 armour, whilst elven armour now had a value of about 100, as far as I know this was not always the case (correct me if i am wrong) I looked around and discovering the Perma compatibility patches decided to install them, however, I after installing everything my game consistently CTD's after the Bethesda logo. I am assuming the issue is my load order as I am new to modding and not very good with load orders, the game will start working after I uninstall the compatibility patches however the armour values will still be broken. Unfortunately as I said, I am a newb to modding so forgot to make constant back up saves (kicking myself so hard right now), as far as I can remember however, Serana's dialogue would often break, its just never broken for this long.

I have recently been playing Dawnguard and after speaking with Valerica Serana's dialogue got broken. Every time I interact with her she either says: "come on, lets go home", "Im glad we found the scroll.... but I wish she could come with us" or "the sooner we get the scroll home, the sooner we deal with my father" scripted dialogue still works ( for example, after killing Harkon she spoke to me and I got the normal follower dialogue window ) but I cant interact with her to bring it up. I pressed on, hoping it would go away but the issue has persisted and now I am at the end of the Dawnguard questline, not wanting to have to go all the way back to the soul cairn. I have been using AFT but after the problem started I uninstalled it then reinstalled it several times. I also installed UFO to see if I could fix it. I am new to modding so this is probably my own fault but if someone could help it would be greatly appreciated.
