I am planning on doing a new Fallout 4 playthrough, siding with the Institute. I have some cool mods for it, but wanted to know if there are any mods which let you manufacture Gen 2 synths and use them as settlers? Also, are there any mods for making Institute themed buildings with decorations/furniture for settlements? Would like to colonise the Commonwealth with Institute themed settlements. I am thinking about trying Sim Settlements 2, is that purely Minutemen themed though?

Hi folks, I just wanted to know if anyone is aware of any up to date mods which allow the player to summon Brotherhood soldiers in a similar way to the flare gun for the Minutemen & the relay grenade for the Institute. I would love to have a mod which summons a virtibird that drops off maybe a power armored knight or 2. Anything like that on the Nexus?

Hi folks, I was just wondering if there are any hud/ui mods out there which add a visible timer for active effects, like chems & food items? I am thinking of something like the active effects HUD in SKYUI https://rd.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12604 I have been looking and cannot find any. Thanks

Hi, I decided to remove raider overhalu and super mutant redux but nothing has changed. I am still getting really bad random frame drops. Most of the time it occurs during combat, but not limited to it. One question, I can see th last main patch for pc was released in November 2016. Do mods for Fallout 4 need to be updated after a patch?

Hi folks, I recently tried to start playing Fallout 4 again but for some reason I am getting random drops in my frame rate. These drops can drop me down to literally 4 fps. I have looked on the net for fixes and to to find out what to do. I have disabled vsync & capped the framerate to 60fps, lowered my settings (I previously had most setting on ultra with no issues) nothing has helped & I can't see if any of my mods are responsable. So I have come here hoping someone with a greater understanding of this stuff can see something I am missing. I am playing through Fallout Survival mode with the Brotherhood of Steel and using vertibird pick-ups for Fast Travel. Its a silly gripe, but it annoys me that the squires and scribes wont board the grenade-summoned vertibirds with me. The squire is not much of a problem, but the scribe can get killed by the time I land. I want to know if it is possible to make a mod that makes the scribe and/ or squire uses the vertibird whatever I do during their escorting missions so they will also arrive at the destination with me safely.

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone can give me some advice on this, I want to use the shoulder cape that comes with the hooded mage robes. Problem is I can't find a way of removing the hood in the creation kit. Is this something that would need to be done with a 3rd party program & if so which one? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I am fairly new to modding Skyrim and just wanted to know if anyone more experienced here can advise me if my idea is possible. I am creating a series of upgradable weapons, but I dont want the smithing recipie to show up on the menu unless the weapon is in my inventory e.g. Weapon 1 is required to make weapon 2, but as soon as I have steel smithing I dont want to see all 4 levels of the blade in the menu, each level should only appear if the previous blade is in your inventory. Hi, I want to edit the necromancers amulet so that the minus effects to health and stamina wont effect undead, like a Vampire but I dont know much about effect conditions. Can someone help explain to me how to do this?

I am having a problem I dont know why but I think the quest npcs in my game are broken (only played through whiterun sofar, I have mods installed), for example when I met Aela & the other companions outside whiterun fighting the giant after talking to you they are suppose to go in to the city, they dont move even if I pass a few hours/days they wont move. Same goes for other npcs that are involved with a quest. Any help would be most appreciated.

I love playing Skyrim as a vampire (modded, vanilla vamps are crap) and have been a long time fan of the Legacy of Kain series, and thought it would be cool if possible to add a cool set or two of Kain's armour and the Reaver in to Skyrim. I am in the process of putting together a lore freindly-ish evolving Soul Reaver blade mod, mostly for personal use but if I get permission from the person who made the mesh & textures I will put it on nexus. If anyone reading this has the skills to create the armour and is interested in my idea let me know. Below is a link to sites with some in game screens and a concept art of the heavy armour.
