[Dark Brotherhood Forever every few days tweak?]

I was wondering if it is at all possible to have the Dark Brotherhood Forever quest randomized between say, 3-7 days in between. Happy to do it myself, but if someone with the know how feels like chiming in to let me know the appropriate steps?

[I can't edit NPCs at all]

I open up the CK, bring up the actor tab (in this case mages, because mages have 750 health for some insane reason at my low level of 15) and the stats are completely uneditable. In fact, everything is greyed out, I can't do anything. Someone please help before I punch a hole in my screen.

[Making Shields More Useful]

My idea is solid, problem is, I don't know where to find the "base shield protection" percentage to modify it. Because honestly, Shields are useless unless they are high level, so use of a shield is rendered useless to begin with (on Master difficulty).

 

Basically, it would be nice for shields to negate a higher damage rating, perhaps negating their actual defence rating rather than some random percentage, something like that however just changing base percentage is fine due to scripting implied by changing the way blocking works.

[Companions living in custom player homes?]

So I was wondering if anyone knows how to set it up that when you ask a Companion to go home, you can send them to a custom player home, just like you can send them to the Lucky 38? Because honestly, that place is boring and we have all lived there a million times. So If someone could link me to a tutorial or something that would be great, as I have searched in vain... especially considering the obscurity of my request.
