Can anyone create a mod allowing male mesh use of the greaves in the picture?

I've made a request for a set of armor which most likely super, super hard to make. So this is my alternative... Taking the Thalmor robe and recoloring it black, And replacing it's legs with the steel plate legs. The Steel Plate legs will be recolored as well. The pants a very dark black and the armor a deep steel color. The boots from the Spellbinder... still dunno what they're called, also the same color as the leg armor. And Nightingale gloves. My Idea is really cool, but I am no modder. I don't even know all the features to CK. I rely on amazing modders to make things, I just cannot seem to find what I want. So here is my first mod request. I'd just beg for someone to see it and make it. I know this would be a hard one, but I'd be very, very thankful to whoever makes it. So... the mod. It is all explained in the picture, but I'll explain it here also. It's base is the Steel Plate armor, but instead the jumpsuit is recolored a deep, dark black. The silver armor is darkened into a steel. (Much like the armor in the Black Mage armors mod.) Next the Thalmor robe, the piece that hangs to the feet, dunno what it's called... waist cape? Anyway, that too in the same deep, dark black. (It can be the full robe if necessary.) and also (retextered, I don't want the vanilla textures, maybe more like the Inquisitor Set Mod) The shoulder mantle that is on the Novice Robes, minus the toga thing. Also in deep, dark black. The boots will be the greaves off of the Spellbinder... I don't know what they're called either. But the coloring for this is also steel like the rest of the armor. Nightingale gloves. And finally the Dawnguard pauldrons,dark steel like the rest of the armor. I do understand that the mixing of these meshes is really hard. That's why I'm requesting an expert.
