Omg, i so hope they gonna have all the tools avaible for us, which they used in the process of making the game or just more support for that in form of plugins for blender. This game is gonne be great. Over 50 beards to pick from!!!!!!

I am sure poeple driving drunk on the streets like crazies
are a bigger threat in our countries, besides our own goverment, who dont seem to know how to regulate spending at all. Immigrants on the other hand, one has to look at what are the conditions in those countries, that make them wanna move so badly in the first place. It is hard to immediatelly know, why these movements are happening and requires a longer look at things. Sustainable solutions are out there for these countries im sure, but one must not be afraid to talk about it and pull that through in order to support those countries locally, instead to for example pull a shell in nigeria, which is much worth then bp in america. That doubletounge does not do people involved any good. And then one has to look at the economic at home aswell. So it is quite interesting and never can be isolated to just one issue.

war is bad mkay and "america" (atleast the minority of the so called elite there) will do all to hinder real democracy in the arab countries for the young people. remember they used to be best buddies with mubarak and his troop in egypt. nowadays the young ppl still demonstrate and have clashes, because the old guys are just not goin. so i dont like that double tounge and morally bankruptcy, that comes with that.
lybia has a lot of rumors about secret service involvement. certain rebell groups (who are islamic extremist) have been financed in the years before by us and they already tried to remove this guy or his regime more then once; be it cheaper oil, more "stability" or whatever.
now again i dont have any proof of what exactly is goin on, but it is almost certainly a chaos. i just hope not to many innocent poeple die, cause the truth is, the country is wealthy and people could have a good time, were there not dictators, who are trying to control it all inside and out.
that means both sides. the groups inside the land and those from outside.
what a shame, that almost nobody seems to be able to talk about the truth.
ps: and yes unfortunately it is true, that the cia funded a lot of terrorgroups. most famously known the rebels in afghanistan, who were goin against the russians back then and fought their helicopters of with stinger missiles,
causing them a lot of pain and anguish.
nowadays they deal with karsai , who is known for doing lots of dealings in drugs. As a general rule of thumb, more or less anything that is more powerfull then a console will be able to run it and those havent improved
in many years, whereas computer do so constantly, at a much faster rate.
So the question is probably do you also want to be able to run it with mods,
that add higher resolution textures and stuff? Here you def should do some research on how to get the best for your money. There are lots of sites with info and tests out there and sometimes there are also pretty insighfull commentary for products to be found online at the computer part shops, which you can follow trail in order to find what suits you best.

In blender just take the static (delete all other junk, that could interfer in the outliner) and set the collision model bounds (under f4) to triangle mesh, export, done.
Also another blender tutorial, that is really good in pdf format, comes from Mr. Silka (@tesnexus). Helped me lots in the beginning.

If you are using blender v249, it shows you how many verts and faces you have selected at the very top right besides the loading bar.

Well first of all transparency. People really gotta know what is goin on. Only then can one work succesfully together on sustainable solutions. Solutions that are true. People gotta have a more direct impact on all these decisions and work together. That and make more use of the local economy instead of hording the money in just a few places.
This is not good without any oversight by the public. What gets away at the banks has prooven to be a monstrosity and yet they get payed more?
This gotta stop. Just all the spending and all of the wars, as those cost a lot.

The game is to epic to just to be released as digital download version. I bet many poeple including myself want a collectors edition.
And as for steam... simply install it somewhere else, not the default folder.

Fallout 3 and New Vegas use a more updated .nif file format and it is not backwards compatible, meaning you have to import the oblivion mesh with blender and export itagain using the right version.
Inform yourselfs about blender and nifscripts, search for tutortials and then simply do it
or ask someone.
PS: For statics the process is really easy, but for weapons it might be abit diffrent in that you probably gonna have to take an example out of fallout and then just replace that static with your hammer in blender+adjust it abit.
PPS: The Fallout 3 and New Vegas skeleton is also incompatible with the one from Oblivion.

Hi all, i got a few questions.
At the moment i got all my clothing mods and modders ressource merged into a single esp, but i want to make an esm, upon which i can build in the future.
How is it done the proper way?
Should i use TESSNIP or are there other tools it is done easier with?
And also is there a maximum size for an esp file? How much entries can one make until it will become unstable?

Hi, does anyone of you know how one can flip the normals of multiple meshes at once in blender without having to go into edit mode for each individual piece and flip them there?
I feel there gotta be a script or some shortcut avaible for this task, but i cannot seem to find it.
Atm i am making clean versions of tilesets and changing 10 diffrent textures in nifskope+normals is so slow, i rather mirror the mesh in blender instead
of having to click like crazy.
The monotony. :facepalm:
I already changed ~600 textures yesterday.

The Auther give consent on the file description as long as you can get umpa, Backsteppo(some poses,pair poses, object pose), Axepriest(facial expression), and guerrerodelyermo (action poses) to agree to it.

Libya is not same as egypt and tunesia. Also gadaffis is not the president or prime minister, but more of an outside advisor, like a fatherly figure. The country itself is one of the rhichest in africa, because of the oil and has only 6 million people living in it. The past statistics speak not bad for this country at all.
