I will wait very relaxed for the goty, while i practice my modding skills and in the meantime, if i should get a hard on, i will play battlefield or mass effect 3 multiplayer. I value the ability to hold back more then having to rush to the next best thing and getting totally enraptured in it. On second thought tho. Forget what i just said.

Surely it would work having interiors as exteriors. The reason they dont do it, is simply manpower and money,
i bet, among scaling aswell. If you look at how these games are done, it is very quick. I think for oblivion they had like just this one guy for caves or was it two? I am not entirely sure anymore.

hi, so i have this plant with leaves and the alpha shows fine in blender, but when i load it in nifskope i get no alpha effect at all, even tho it is the same texture and everything. anything i am missing? thanks!
solved it. here is how:
rightclick your nitristrips and attach a property, then choose ni alpha prop. done.

If you can open the dds in gimp, then the geck should be able to open it aswell. Simple as that.

Yeah, Franklin is cool. Back then they did issue their own money. Today we have private organisations doing it for us. I think any of these things should have more involvment of the poeple. Also prisons.

It should be pointed out that incarnation is relatively a new concept, prior to that a prison was just a holding cell until trial..usually death, ransom or freedom.
Actually, incarnation is not a new concept at all. It can be found all around the world and is very old. In the beginning they very well had incarnation also here as a "concept". And in other parts they still do to this day. Just noting.

Basicly we have the whole of asia, china, japan, india, australia, africa, egypt, almost the whole of europe, north america, south america and did i forget something? Quite frankly i dont know.
Probably some islands in the pacific. ^^
It is kinda unfortunate, when poeple cannot remember anymore on what soil they walk, because history always kinda gives of itself even now. ^^

That guy is gonna be put infront of a trial, if he comes out of the usa. In switzerland, i red, he most likely would have been, which is why he did not went there. And i dont believe in this poeple. You may and all that punishment. I dont as it is fragile. And also theft.
Altho i guess in the end we cannot really say, if it might be better to kill someone or leave him/her in prison for the rest of his/her life. I would think rehab now would be best. Making yourself usefull and stuff. Just making it somehow livable in the sense that it also goes back to society, you know. ^^
There are ways to that.
If it benefit america, great!
If it dont, well replace the guy.
Betterment in that sector, altho i dont know as much, would be great i think.
What i know is, it is the largest prison sector in the world and lots of money goes into that and there are always some vampires somewhere, and so it has to be seen.
Maybe have a honest study on how well are we rehabitating(?) poeple and at what rate, what really helps.
Again so much to say, but i think this is already quite the epic wall of text here.

Studded Leather Gloves
Rubber Gloves
Precision Leather Gloves
Tactical Leather Gloves
Metal Gloves
Trail Gloves

i would say leave the main categories, but allow mods to exist in more then one categorie via tags at the same time. to abandon the categories, that we already have established, would lead to a mess i think or maybe i am not quite getting what system you have in mind. for example i would still like to be able to venture into a category and display the most endorsed mods/downloaded files.

Oh, that is a nice tutorial, thank you very much Baduk! I am not that knowledgable yet, but basicly could you create moving cloth with it? Say, tapestries that fly away, when you move through them or cast spells?

so you did retoggle archive invalidation under tools via fomm each time, i asume? i guess another thing you could try is, maybe copy the branches over to another nif that works fine and does not have the shiny effect. if it still does not work and all the values are right, i have no idea except to go into blender again and redo the export from scratch. meaning simplify it down to just the model itself. Then if it is still buggy, well i think you might be the first person, who has a real life ghost living in your computer.

no, this is just about the geck as stated 3 times now. not the game. ingame everything is working fine as i stated in my first post. did you ever use the geck at all? :P
G.E.C.K. aka the Garden of Eden Creation Kit, the SDK, the level building tool, it seems unable to compile/show/render any texture, that is 4096x4096. :biggrin:

The reason the big ships go around africa, is because it is much more profitable. They would not really fit in suez as it is already maxed out. That is why they constructed the pipeline near it, that fullfills some of the needs for some of the countries, which are close to egypt, so they dont clog up the line aswell.
Now look at egypt. Well you have sand, some more sand and oh look also over there sand, sand, sand. I think this one actually has a more grainy texture to it, would you not say? But i think it is hard to market. And then they got the nile.

Jails do work to a degree, while someone is locked away they're not robbing and murdering innocent people. What's needed is a lot more effort put into rehabilitation in the form of education, treatment for drug/alcohol addiction and mental illness. Just locking people up for x number of years before releasing them back into the same situation as before is a waste of time and money.

I have 500w and im pretty good. Now, if you would have two high-end graphic cards,
then i can understand the need for 800w, otherwise it is highly unlikely you would ever need that.

I just heard this. Actually, most of the big oil tankers go around africa. Tho they have a pipeline near suez,
that has oil (and gas?) goin for some of the more southern parts of europe.

the geck does not compile ojos texture, it just shows me gibberish, how do i make it compile high res textures? fallout 3 did not have this problem, atleast i cannot recall. what did they do?
