  1. I'm looking for Slof's Better Beasts, and any other mods required to make this function properly. I haven't looked for the other mods, but I have looked for Slof's Better Beasts, all links to it in other sources are broken. Google does the same thing, just broken links, and the only mod that claims to be S'sBB, has comments and endorsements disabled, making it seem very suspicious.
  2. I just automatically assumed they all just orgy'd while I was gone.
  3. There are a lot of classes with both blade and blunt, and I'm wondering if this is actually useful. I'm wondering if I'm missing something here. Ideally, wouldn't you just specialise in one and carry that one weapon type around? (I can understand blade + marksman or blunt + marksman) Same for armor, any real point in having both heavy and light armor for skills?
  4. I have a few characters. My first one, probably going to be the one I'll play the most(Though he's pretty much tied in level with my Breton) is an Argonian, I don't take games seriously in the slightest so I named the custom class "Badassery". Stealth - Speed, Agility - Marksman, Light Armor, Security, Sneak, Illusion, Athletics, Acrobatics Runs REALLY fast, as you might guess, being Argonian with speed, and athletics. Can't stand using map travel with this char, takes the fun out of things, and he outruns most horses, possibly all of them. Finished Thieves' guild questline yesterday. Second character is a Breton, Healer. She's named Bethesderp. I wear heavy armor, even though it's not one of the skills for healer, and compensate for the encumbrance with a strong feather spell, which still only costs like 10 magicka. Currently a student at the arcane uni.
  5. What grinds my gears, similar to some other complaints. I'm pretty irritated with the way they did Argonians, and how they butchered them when moving them from Morrowind to Oblivion. In Morrowind Argonians had spear, unarmored, and medium armor for combat, all of which were removed for Oblivion. What do they give Argonians to make up for this? Blade and security, wth. Why would lizards from a swamp be good at picking locks? I can understand Khajiit, with the whole better eyesight thing. Just doesn't make sense with Argonians. Blade only sorta makes sense, I just can't imagine a swamp monster running around with a claymore. Another thing that bothered me was, as mentioned before, the feet. Argonians should have triple-joint legs like in Morrowind, I don't even care if they look bad, it looks better than those scaly human feet. Argonians now swim like the other races, as opposed to the unique "wiggle" animation they had in Morrowind. They also changed the way Khajiit swim, but this doesn't bother me AS much. As you can probably tell, I've been a big fan of Argonians since I first started playing. Edit: Another thing that grinds my gears is how heavy glass is, glass is supposed to be lightweight, high quality, but not very durable. Glass armor isn't light at all, goddamn it. About the materials, relax guys, it's a fantasy game, a glass bow could work by putting flexible pieces between the glass sections, you can see not all bows are made 100% from the described material.
  6. Call me a nub, but I am totally lost with the intructions. I followed them as much as I understand them, I copied the contents of "data" from the download into the data folder of Oblivion. The instructions said to ignore the rest of the files.
  7. I'm having some troubles with the console, "bAllowConsole" is set to 1 in my .ini file, but I can't get the command to open it.
  8. I made a character, made her at minimum age, and after playing her for a few hours, she's level 10, and looking about 30 or so. I'm not happy with this, anyone know a way to reset it either through mods or console commands?
