My errors are all over the place and seem to occur randomly too but ill definitely try that. Tlaffoon, I usually load up the skyrim file and go from there but I made a character and I saved and all but it only showed up in my plugin list and not the CK. That character never showed up in the game either even though it was plugged in. the relationship feature doesn't even work for me! im just in awe that people are making such amazing mods with something so unstable.

So im wanting to make a player home mod for Skyrim and im not sure where to start. I've tried searching for ways to create it and have only found things that didn't give me an exact answer. I know the creation kit is a tool that I could use but when I use it I get a lot of errors and it always doesn't respond. ( I've tried fixing the errors but couldn't figure it out and it seemed like something would always go wrong so I've given up on it. ) Is there other engines I could use to make this player home for Skyrim? - Im also wanting to create a couple special NPCs to go with this home but like I said earlier the creation kit isn't working for me, what should I use?

Well I got to thinking skyrim is missing a few small things that no one has seemed to fix. ( or at least I don't think so. ) Skyrim gives you the option to plant potatoes, carrots, lettuce, and a lot of other plants but I noticed that you cant plant apples or tomatoes. So I feel that it would be more immersive to actually be able to grow crops, that being all the ones available from other merchants, on your own. Branching off of this idea I think adding a few other crops that would fit into the region would also be a great thing to include with this. I would love to take this on and bring this idea into a mod myself but after trying to create other mods and failing id have to leave this up to someone who would actually know what they are doing. Thoughts anyone?

I cant actually give you your solution but typically if there is a mod load order issue mod organizer will be able to alert you and let you fix it. So id say that isn't your issue, you could possibly have a mod compatibility issue though. From looking at your mod list I cant tell you which one id think could be the cause but when downloading certain mods the page should tell you if there are any incompatibilities with it. With the amount of mods you have it may take awhile figuring it out but itd be worth solving the crash problem. I had crash issues starting my game and ended up trying trial and error. I deselected them all and played the game one mod at a time and when I crashed I knew which one it had to be. Either way you might find your fix. -

have you tried loading to a save before that occurred and see if it still happens? Ive had quite a few troubles when it comes to quests, followers not catching up with whats going on and so on. I have yet to actually correct this other than waiting for them to catch up and reloading back to a save when they actually functioned right. I have AFT as well but I don't think that is the source of the issue since it seems to happen regardless. I cant promise a fix with that but trying those methods have helped me with these issues so hopefully you might find your answer if reloading. Good luck! -
Hello all, today ive came across a rather game crippling CTD. Every single time I scroll on or over a note/letter in the inventory it crashes to my desktop. All my mod manager ( Mod organizer ) said was not saving lists during directory update. I don't know what that means exactly but I wasn't sure if it tied to my problem. I mod skyrim quite a bit but hadn't installed any new mods that changed anything like letters or notes but just in case I unplugged the books of skyrim mod and still had CTD. Please help, I cannot start the dragon born quest without it! Please get back ASAP! Thank you! :sad: UPDATE- Now the error seemed to stop but caused a bunch of new ones.. Now all my items ive stored places have vanished and when I try to put armor on mannequins or books on shelves it CTD. Any advice..?

Hey guys, im hoping someone can provide me an answer. So ive started using wrye bash since NMM stopped working and bash does a pretty good job besides the fact the wizard doesn't work? It installs mods fine but if its a mod that comes with its own installer it will not actually install it since id need to use the wizard feature which shows up as a gray option. Can anyone please help me let bash use the wizard?

Hey, this is the only thread I really found on this. Does anyone know how to get the mod going through wrye bash if it only comes in an installer form? all my mods load in fine but the installers never open after downloading them into bash and therefore no mod... Thanks!

How so? literally no keys working? im having a similar issue with it, when I got into a certain area none of my combat, shout, or sneak key would work and id press it over and over and it might work maybe twice. It works other than that.

So I reached elenwens solar and went into the little torture chamber to continue my dragonborn quest and as I was trying to attack my mouse and attack keys did absolutely nothing besides about four times it actually worked. The enemies ended up killing me due to this so I quit and tested to see if it was an issue with the keys and mouse not working and both ended up working fine. I loaded to a part before that area and the combat worked fine and then I reached the torture chamber again and it started to do the same thing. Could this be because im not supposed to attack yet? I did notice that they were actively torturing the guild member for esberns location which I hadn't witnessed before, ive played through the quest several times on PS3 and never saw that and also I went in there before and it wasn't like that. Also, I checked to see if maybe my combat/shout buttons had been changed to another button and it was not the case. :sad: :ermm: :down: Help.
