What should you do if the Preset option is grayed out, since that's the cause for me? Nothing I found so far worked for me, and the files you mentioned earlier are present (sliders.json is in the CBBE.esp folder (path: "F:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\F4EE\Sliders\CBBE.esp")) I'm using Vortex by the way
