Can't seem to find the item IDs for these weapons in the CK or FOEdit. Does anyone know the IDs by chance?

Is there an entry in FO4Edit that disables the need to do the Railroad quest in order to use RR weaves? I know there's a console command, but I'd prefer to have it in a mod.

Tried every approach to put this into the loot table. Is there something special holding this back from being dropped by enemies? Tried the basic weapon entry and also the "LL" version. Still can't get it to show up anywhere.

Been trying to get Raiders, Rad Roaches, and Ghouls to drop specific loot all day with FO4Edit. What entry actually governs their drop list? Is it even possible to change dropped enemy loot without the GECK?
