Are there any mods out there to slow down leveling?

I'm looking for mods for two things. First a mod that will let me set the respawn timer on the dungeons to never. I'd also like to extend the respawn timer of the overworld , but I'm also fine with it just being left alone. And second, a mod that will let me make notes on the map that will stay there. So I can leave notes about where to find certain alchemy regents and that I need to go back to a specific place to get the locked chests I couldn't get before. Does anybody know of mods like this?

So without even leaving the Cambridge area, all the buildings and stuff that I have cleared out start to respawn again. This is really annoying as I am an anal retentive trash collector... meaning I pick up EVERYTHING, and like to clean places out. I can get that enemies respawn, and maybe some places would after a while... but while I'm still in the damn city? That's just kind of dumb... Are there any mods or settings I can use to tone this down, or maybe just stop it all together?

Ok, so the .esp type mods just aren't working for me... After enabling them in NMM, I went and found the plugins.txt file and made it read only. That did squat... When I started the game, it still went and disabled them anyway. They used to work originally, but now they wont. People are also talking about the Fallout4Custom.ini file... yeah, I don't have one of those. I just have Fallout4.ini and Fallout4Prefs.ini As far as I know the game is up to date, and I told it to verify integrity of game cache, and that did nothing. It also only checks one file when you do that, or so the progress bar says. Any thoughts or ideas?

Every time I start up Fallout 4, it seems to automatically disable the mod esp files. The newest version of the mod manager says that it fixed this issue, but I'm still having it. Am I missing something?

There are two mods I'd like to see: First, one that stops the general world from respawning. I don't have a problem with plants regrowing stuff (though perhaps it should take a little bit longer) or coming across new bands of raiders and stuff, but items in the world at large respawning is kind of dumb/annoying. For example, I fount a downed vertabird with a flight helmet in it. I looted it and everything else in the area. Then I happened to be passing through there again later (I don't use fast travel at all), and what do you know, all that stuff was back. Or the crashed airplane. I looted most of the stuff, but was full and left. Got distracted by other stuff, but eventually came back... only to find out that things were relocked and refilled. I thought that was kind of dumb/annoying... The second mod I would like to see is hot keys for followers. So far I've only used Dogmeat, and now and then I will ask him to look for enemies when I'm sneaking around an area. It would be nice if there was just a hotkey I could hit to have him do so instead of having to go through all of the "dialog" to get to it.

So I got the necklace, the quest updated just fine to this point, and the next step is to give it to Narfi. But when I tell him that I found it, he talks about her, and then the conversation ends. I know that there should be a few options as to what I want to say/do, but those don't pop up. Any ideas?

So I've been playing with immersive horses, and I rather like it. I'm just having one odd/annoying little thing. My horses stats keep changing when he is reloaded (so when I go in a building and come back out, or when I summon him by whistling). It doesn't happen every time I don't think, but it's kind of annoying. I can post screenshots if people are unsure of what I mean. Any ideas?

Does the thief stone still govern Archery? That's what all the wiki's say, but I know that wiki's have a tendancy to not get updated as the game itself does. So I just thought I would check real quick and see if this was still the case.

realistic needs and diseases HUD plugin

I'm using realistic needs and diseased, and I'm rather enjoying it. The only thing I don't like, is that there isn't any kind of HUD or anything for it. I mean I can use the check needs hotkey, or I can look in the magic effects section to get an idea of where I'm at, but it would be kinda nice if there was a little bar for each or something that let me know just where I was at, even if it was in my status screen. I think part of the annoyance is that while drinking or eating, I have to pause between each item I consume to give the display messages time to fade. With only a few being able to display at once, if you eat/drink too fast, not all messages are displayed (same thing happens when mining up an ore node, honestly I'm REALLY surprised nobody has done anything to fix this by now.) Does anyone know of a plugin that I'm missing?

Ok, yeah, the more I play with it, the more I'm really liking convenient horses :-) The ONLY thing it doesn't do that I would like, is show my horses stamina while I'm riding/sprinting on it. Other than that, it does everything I want. And it also didn't require yet another script plugin (I already had SKSE of course, but then the other horse mod I was using also required Scriptdragon).

Thanks, I'll look into those settings. And yeah, paralyze poison/enchantment is what I was thinkin. Get a good paralyze enchangted bow to be my mage slayer :p It's not even the endless magika or ungodly spell power that gets me as much as everyone being able to instant heal, that just gets old.

So I'm playing on legendary difficulty, as I like a good challenge. And I'm playing a sneaky archer/assassin type. For the most part I'm doing ok, sneak attack with my bow, then hide till they stop looking for me, repeat till they're dead. However I'm having a problem with mage type npcs. They all seem to have an inexhaustible supply of magika and instant heal spells. I can't fight them face to face, because they will just own me with magic, even if I dodge and weave, they don't just out so they will eventually just kill me (usually pretty quickly too). And I can't fight from the shadows, because as soon as they are under half health, they just heal themselves up full. I mean fighting dragons is hard enough and requires some tricksy maneuvering, but at least they don't heal. Anybody else having issues with this, and if so, how do you deal with it?

Ok, after playing with convient horses for a few min, I will say that I do really like it. The only two gripes I have about it are that you have the set the weight limit for the horse yourself (I like things balanced/on the hard side, so I don't want my horse to be able to carry an unlimited amount of stuff, I just set it to what it is for revised horses, 800lbs), and that it always plays the start/stop follow animation. But I'll deal.

So for various reasons I don't really ride around on my horse. Partially because I like to be able to stop and pick every plant I come by, and also because I'm playing an archer/assassin sneaky type character and just riding up to people tends to get me beat in the face, lol. But I do like the idea of having a horse along with my to carry extra loot (especially after I cleaned out some fort ruins, went back to town to unload, got back to the ruins and the damn thing was taken over by the imperial legion and all the loot was gone, including the "boss chest", it was very sad). So I've been using the revised horses mod. I can tell my horse to follow me, and I can have him carry loots. I was just wondering if there was anything better out there. I saw the convenient horses mod, but it doesn't seem to really do what I want. It seems to be primarily about followers, which I also don't use (for the same reasons as above, plus it's rather hard to fire a bow into melee combat). I would also LOVE a mod that adds a stamina bar for when riding my horse. I do use it when traveling long distances (I don't use fast travel), but not getting to see his stamina is kind of annoying. Especially as it recovers quicker if you don't completely drain it. Any suggestions?

I have many mods, but Deadly Combat is not one of them. -
So I havn't played Skyrim for quite a while, but felt like coming back to it. Started up the game, created a new character, got a weapon, equiped it in my left hand... and nothing. I found if I click franticly that sometimes it will actually work, but for the most part it doesn't. I can equip the weapon to my right hand, and the right button will work just fine. But the left hand/button, not so much. My game is heavily modded, so I tried playing with a few mods that I thought might be causing an issue, but from what I could tell, they were not. Tried generating new .ini files (yes, I went to the correct location in the document/mygames/skyrim folder). The buttons work fine for other games, so it's soemthing specific to skyrim. When I tried looking online, pretty much everything I found was from a while back and didn't help. So I thought I would try asking and see if anyone else has come across this or has any ideas. thanks

Does anybody know of or want to make a mod that adds a stamina bar while on a horse? I use a horse because I don't like to use fast travel (I feel it breaks the immersion). So with a horse, I can go into a dungeon, load up on loot to WAAAAY beyond capacity, and then hop on my hose and ride back to town. However, not having a stamina bar for my horse kinda sucks. Especially because if you let your stamina drain while sprinting, there is a slight delay before it regenerates. So the best way to sprint, is to do so till the bar is almost drained, let it build back up, then sprint again. But without a stamina bar, it's really hard to do that.

I've been having an issue with some objects (such as buildings rocks, a staircase) losing their collision physics. And by this I mean, I can suddenly walk through them. When it was just a rock that this happened to, no big deal. Even though I didn't want to cheat and walk through stuff, I could just walk around it. And eventually the problem sorted itself out. I'm not sure how, but eventually it regained it's physical properties, in other words, I couldn't walk through it anymore. But now I'm having a problem with the Dino-Bite Gift Shop, and Cliff Briscoe's bungalow. With the bungalow, not only can I not use the door, but I'm able to walk right through the building as if it didn't exist (but of course I can still see it). With the gift shop, I can't walk through the dino itself, but I walk right through the stairs leading up to the door. If I turn on no clipping mode, I can fly up to the snipers nest, and I can turn no clipping off, and stand up there, but I can't use the door. Other than traveling far enough away to get it to unload the cell, then coming back, is there a console command or anything I can do to try and get it to reload the cell? Well, I found one way of fixing the problem. While just saving and loading doesn't do it, saving, exiting the game, and then starting it back up again seems to fix it. But any ideas what would cause this or how to fix it without having to exit the game?

There is a tiny little graphical change I want to make to the compass. I downloaded the hudmenu.swf.fla file, opened it up in flash, found what I was looking for, and made the change I want to make. Now I just need to get it into the game. I've been looking around, and what I found I should do is hit ctrl+enter to get it to create and display it as a .swf file. The video it shows does show the changes correctly. Then name it hudmenu.gfx. Then open it in notepad++ and change the CWS at the very beginning to CFX. But when I do that, and put it in the correct folder, the HUD disappears completely. So obviously I'm doing something wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

I just want to make a tiny little mod to what the compass looks like. It would seem to me that this should be a fairly simple thing to do, although so far that's not the case. I've done all kinds of searching online trying to figure it out, but so far I have yet to be able to find anything. But then I'm not even sure what file I'm trying to open and edit, so maybe I'm looking at the wrong thing all together. If someone could point me in a direction of where I might find some instructions or something on how to do so, that would be great.
