Quick question - I have the relevant smithing perks to meltdown armor/weapons, and craft elven gear - but for some reason I am unable to melt down Elven armor! I can melt down elven weapons, and elven light shields, but I am not presented with the option to melt down light elven armor, boots, or helmets.
Another oddity, I am able to melt down some ebony and silver weapons so it leads me to believe that something is off. Has anyone encountered this before?
