  1. Yes, I do rebuild the bash patch each time I disable/add a mod and I also run BOSS to re-order all the mods before doing so. Unless the patches were somehow not in BOSS's master list, the program should of re-ordered everything properly. I also double checked all the mods and I do have the corresponding master for the mod in question. As for the OBSE thing, I understand that, all I was trying to get across is that I had used the patch before on OBSE assuming thats what I needed to patch. I did not know that patching OBSE would not actually cause the patch to function because it needed to be used with Oblivion.exe. Also, my game doesn't slow to a crawl per se, but right before I would crash my game would definitely slow down as if it hit something it had to load and suddenly had to take a breather to do so. I'll try disabling OBGE and the corresponding water though to see if that fixes anything. I also ran the TES4LODGen as well and it finished just fine and told me I could close the program. It didn't crash or show any errors that I could see of. Edit: Disabling OBGE and Liquid Water and still crashing the moment I click the exe.
  2. Well, the game would start just fine before I installed the compatibility patches. If I don't have those installed what would be the major downside? I mean, I could live without those zones if it meant not having to patch and the game starting up. Also, I had patched OBSE a week ago and I know that isn't a problem, but I didn't know that I had to patch the Oblivion.exe for it to actually take affect. I think I'll disable the compatibility patches and the corresponding zones and see if it starts and works with the 4gig patch on the right exe. Edit: Also, I don't start in the dungeon. I got the "Main Quest Delayer" mod which starts me inside a ship. I personally like that better because I can immediately exit the ship and see if the game will crash with all the external items loading in rather than drudging through the dungeon over and over. Edit 2: I disabled all the compatibility patches and the corresponding zones they were patching and am still crashing the moment I click the EXE. This doesn't make any sense since before I installed the patches everything went fine (up until I got outside that is).
  3. Sorry for the delayed reply, I did rename that file for FCOM when I started all this, but I did not have the compatibility patches. I installed them and now my game will not even start up. It just immediately crashes when I launch OBSE. This sucks because I think using the 4 gig patch would solve it for me (I accidentally patched OBSE and not the oblivion.exe). So I'm curious, do I remove the compatibility patches so the game starts up again and patch it properly, or could anyone see why the patches would suddenly not allow my game to start?
  4. Yup, cleaned all of them minus the ones that are required to be "dirty" to run. Also, tried defragging my hard drive in case that was an issue to no avail. It also seems like I can stand in one place and not crash outside. I use the "Main Quest Delayer" and if I just stand still outside the ship I start in I'm fine. The moment I run off the ship and onto the dock, I crash.
  5. Bump. Tried disabling the vampire aging mod and the cyrodiil transportation mod because I heard they may cause problems. Still crashing, but now I can at least exit the mages guild, but I crash about five seconds later.
  6. Well, I crashed once trying to exit a cave and once that happened I installed streamline. Then I tried playing again and kept crashing during the loading screen to exit the cave and I un-installed streamline since it wasn't helping. I then tried installing "Kurtee Auto Save and Time" addon because I figured it was an autosave problem. This allowed me to exit the cave, but only for a couple seconds and then I crashed. I tried creating a new character and I would crash within moments of exiting the ship. I un-installed the auto save addon and this allowed me to run around outside and go in and out of buildings just fine. However, I entered the mages guild building and tried to exit and proceeded to crash every time I tried to exit without fail.
  7. Ya, I rebuilt my bashed patch whenever I disable something (re-ordering all the mods with BOSS before doing so as well). I also double checked the readme for all natural and the only thing mentioned about FCOM or OOO is that "remember you must use Wrye Bash to import the climate changes into the Bashed Patch.esp." which I believe I did. As for the enabling weather filter, if that is pertaining to the "All Natural - Indoor Weather Filter For Mods.esp" that you aren't supposed to activate, but simply import into the patch, yes I did. It's imported into the patch and has a "red dot" in place of an X in the box which I assume means I did it properly. As to the save, I don't really care for my saves since I only was into my game for roughly 10 minutes before crashes started to occur. However, I will try to fix said save incase that would prevent crashes from occurring in other saves. Edit: It did not fix it, still crashing.
  8. I am at a loss as to why I am constantly crashing when I exit buildings. The game was working perfectly for the first 30 minutes of a new game and after entering a building and trying to exit this started to occur. Now, every time I try to exit a building I crash once the loading bar ends. I have tried reseting my oblivion.ini file, got rid of the mod that I installed prior to it messing up and messed with certain video settings I read about in other posts. I have created a new character, deleted old save files, turned off autosave, but no matter what I always crash when I try to exit a building. I don't know what you require for assistance, but I will post my load order and PC specs. PC Specs: i5 4670k AMD R9 280x 8 Gigs Ram Load Order:
