Is there always a work around? Im reletively new to modding, I would assume if they make a whole new patch that changes.... lets say the way enemies path find would there even be a fix for that? I mean sure the modders could change there mods meaning I have to avoid the game for weeks waiting, but id much rather just be able to roll back or avoid steam all together.

You are right, I have already fixed it. You can give a man a fish and he eats for a day, or you can tell him how to avoid an update in the future so you can avoid giving out a fish every time. Edit: I dont think a Pirate would want to know how to avoid steam, as if they pirated they would already have it without the DRM.

Hi :) I recently got Fallout 4 and it updated, effictively ruining all my mods. apparently when you start the game it disables all ESPs.... Not cool.. Id love to move it off steam so it does not update, but im not sure how. Can someone explain to me if this can be done? If I move it will it mess up NMM and its file location or be unable to update at all in the future? This is really bothering me :(
