Install amazing follower tweaks you can reset companions and do a lot of other things -

Oh ok Bet must of changed them but thats their REF numbers if needed -
Disable them just open the console and click on the body and type "disable" without quotes

I,ve been playing this game since launch and I had the same problem in one of my play trough's, so I wrote down their REF ID's thought it might come in handy Beth may of changed them to just settler, but at one time they were named NPC's -

This has happened to me on 3 different play trough"s nothing I did or knew how fixed the issue. Now once it happened the first time I went back to an older save where, I knew it was working as superpose to and it no longer worked. So I switched to a different character that I knew that affinity was working and that save also stopped working. So I started a new game and have not had the issue yet! and I've unlocked all the companions to max affinity. Now since the last patch and the last unofficial FO4 patch Curie has reverted back to zero affinity and her original outfit, with none of the gear I had previously given her. So I took her as a companion and it popped up Curie tolerates you, So I went off and did some things Curie likes and then I get a popup that Curie Admires me. so I fast travel a few times and she never starts any dialog. I go off and do more things Curie Likes and get the popup that she idolized me. So then I go do Vault 88 and she sticks to me like glue while in build mode. Well I remove a floor shes standing on and she falls to her death!! so I went back to a save before I re did her affinity and haven't tried her as a companion since. One more thing That's not fixed is in my last 4 play troughs, I haven't received MM radiant quests not from Preston, not from radio freedom, not from the settlements, no radiant MM quests What so ever!! I even have a Mod that ups the chance to receive a MM radiant quest by 95% and still nothing. -
It just fixed its self so who knows

I had this issue on two or three different character's I had to start a new game -
When ever I go in to build mode it immediately get kicked out of build mode. I tried in every settlement with the same result. I go in to build mode and a few seconds later it kicks me out but I don't get the warning the load logo shows up in the right hand corner and then I am out of build mode. I un check all of my plug in's and run the game and build mode works fine. I disable all my mods except the Bethesda plugins and build mode works fine. I load a back up save same issue, I load up another character same issue. Please someone help!! this sucks

Think I hit a wall in the Railroad questline

You can complete all the RR quests before the Bos shows up. What you need to do is travel across the map do a little building or a quest or two then go back and check for an up date. Also wait for drummer boy to come to you if you just run down to the main area it can glitch out drummer boy. Ive completed all the RR quests up to Randolph's safe house 6 before even rescuing Nick. I always do a neutral playthrough. I do the MM quests all the way to taking the Castel then The Bos quests with Danse until theirs no more quests but the radiant quests left. Then I do the RR quests all the way up to Randolph's safe house 6. then I do Unlikely Valentine,Getting A clue, Reunions, Dangerous Minds. Then I do Shadow of steel, Tour of Duty, and then Show no mercy. Then its off to the Glowing sea, then Hunter/Hunted, Then the Molecular Level With the MM I give the Holo tape to Sturges. I finish Institutionalized before I speak to Father I usually Kill Justin Ayo, and start Banished from the Institute. Then its off to the castle to start Rally the troops and defend the castle. Then its off to Destroy the Institute. Complete the Nuclear option for the MM. Thats it you will Have access to the MM, BOS and RR. P.S if you use these console commands after the Nuclear option you can unlock Danse and become Sentinel of the BOS. setstage BoS305 20 set Danse_AffinityCondition_PlayerCompletedQuest to 1 -

You just have to give them some time to walk back as that mod moved the spawn point to way off the map. So all your settlers need to walk back to Sommerville place. put up a bell ring it and wait. It worked for me and my wife So I know for a fact they will walk back it may take a while -

One of your expansion mods is causing the Sommerville bug. I had the same issue with one of my settlement expansion mods. -
Well seeing as reloading ballistic ammo is done in the millions or rounds every day in RL by hobbyists. I don't see it being far fetched seeing as the the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, Lasers and explosives, existed tells me that laser weapons were common and sold to the public right along with ballistic firearms. So that being said it would be more likely than not that they would have had reloading equipment for energy weapons. Also the mind set of Fallout universe is set in the 40-50's and firearms regulations were almost unheard of. Just like today you can buy machine guns with the right paper work it would have been the same. Think how many times you open a safe in an office building or grocery store and find an energy weapon. So to answer your question yes it think it was possible and was something that was most likely a big business. Now as far as Fusion cores and Mini Nukes, I have a hard time with those being made or recharged in a guys basement while he was watching the game and drinking beer. Just my 2C

This is a great post, I,ve felt like theirs a huge hole in this game. it felt very watered down. Example the Boston Library has that great content on the console about the group trying to save all the data in the Boston Library and you go looking for the console with the compressed data and its not their, unless you no clip trough the wall to find the console and their it is. Also their were no quests to recover historical items Really it takes place in Boston the birth place of America -
