Hi, new to modding, I was wondering if anyone knew, or had any tuts on how to make someone just walk around and yell out lines like that preacher in whiterun, I'm making a KONY 2012 mod where you try to find Kony and the guy who gives you the quest is just yelling "KONY 2012!!!!!" Repeatedly until you talk to him.

I know about killable children, but I only want that specific child to be able to die and act like a warrior adult

Hi there, im new to modding, I decided to try to make a KONY 2012 mod where you go and fight kony and his child army, I tested placing a child in the world, but even though he has a weapon he wont fight, just run away, also I had it set so he has the invisibility spell, but he never uses it so: 1) Can I make a child fight and die? (In Skyrim) 2) How do I set it so he uses invisibility every so often.
