Seriously, why has no one bothered to make these? I Woulld if i had any type of skill and patience. Sorry, the sheer lack of any necklace neckseam cover mods boggles me. and not the huge scarf mods. Could someone please make some generic necklaces that cover around the neckseam area? I'd personally like a dogtag one.

The mod does not fully replace all perks. Specifically what changes failed to take effect? Make sure you've enabled modding. The Top row of perks and the SPECIALs are all changed, but the Doctor, Pickpocketing and a few others that have mod pictures arent changed.

LOVE this mod. but some of the changes didn't take effect. I dont know if its because i havent activated these perks yet or if i installed incorrectly. Any idea?

I was hopin some one would be willing to do something about this. I want a Horned and Scaled armors Heavy armor version with Armor rating of Legendary Dragonplate armor. and if possible make it scale with the full set perk. Thanks in advanced.

Could anyone do this? doesnt seem to difficult, I think it looks really bad ass with the Veteran Ranger Armor but it looks a bit silly with the chunks missing, so can anyone patch them up?

I think having to use the restroom would be a great addition to the game. having to find a toilet. Prob just mod a 2nd hardcore need and change the name to Bladder and make it where you have to use a toilet or urinal to drain it. and maybe even a portible toilet or diapers XD
